Skills Day was a great success

The weather could not have been better as 40 boys and girls from the ages of 5 to 7 descended on the astro pitch at Tiptree Sports Centre on Saturday 11th October for a fun afternoon of footballing skills and games. This ‘free’ annual event was run for the second time by Torquespeed Youth Football Club and was a great success. Each child received a Torquespeed t-shirt, certificate and a well-earned round of applause at the end of the session and good fun was had by all. Thanks to all of the managers, trainers and other volunteers who dedicated their time to help and of course to all of the children and mums and dads for supporting the day.
